I. Service Content
JuheNext provides access to model APIs, data APIs, application APIs and related callable services. The services actually made available and the system records for API calls, billing and usage shall prevail.
II. User Rights and Obligations
- Use the services lawfully and at your own risk.
- Do not use the services for attacks, fraud, unauthorized access, data theft, unlawful content or infringement.
- Safeguard accounts, passwords, keys and tokens. You are responsible for operations and charges made with your credentials.
III. Regional Restrictions
The API services are not supported for or offered to users in Mainland China. Users must not conceal their actual location or identity, use third-party purchasing or otherwise circumvent regional restrictions.
- Users represent that their location and provided information are accurate.
- Services may be suspended or terminated when a regional restriction or compliance risk is identified.
- Amounts associated with a violation may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
IV. Service Rules
- API usage logs are normally retained for the most recent one month.
- Charges are based on actual usage and system records.
- Service output, speed, price and availability may differ from an upstream or official API.
- Models, endpoints, prices and quotas may be adjusted or discontinued.
V. Disclaimers
Services are provided as is and as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. JuheNext is not liable for interruptions or losses caused by networks, maintenance, third parties, upstream changes, attacks, policy changes, force majeure or circumstances outside reasonable control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
VI. Changes and Termination
These terms may be updated when services, law or compliance requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Users who disagree must stop using the services.
